Service Description
True leadership begins not with power, but with vision — the courage to see potential where others see problems. In this empowering session, participants explore how simple, local ideas can address some of today’s biggest challenges — from sustainability and education to migration, inclusion, and community unity. Working in small teams, participants will identify everyday issues in their surroundings ;how people adapt to change, how newcomers are welcomed, how opportunities are shared — and brainstorm creative, practical solutions. With only paper, pens, and imagination, they’ll learn to think like changemakers: seeing barriers as openings and diversity as strength. Each group will then present their idea to the room. Through open discussion and voting, the three most inspiring and impactful ideas will be selected. Together, participants will refine these ideas and align on a shared action plan — turning creative thinking into real community progress. By the end, everyone will leave motivated to lead with compassion, purpose, and courage — proving that even the smallest idea can ignite lasting change. “True leadership turns small ideas into lasting change.”

Cancellation Policy
The International Organization of Local Governments (IOLG) provides membership programs designed to help individuals learn, lead, and create change through guided activities and community engagement. Because membership benefits begin immediately after enrollment, including access to events, materials, and digital sessions, all membership fees are considered non-refundable. Members are encouraged to review all program details carefully before subscribing. Each plan — whether Seeds of Change, Impact Leader, or Advocate Leader — renews automatically on a monthly basis. Members may cancel their subscription at any time through the official IOLG website or by written notice. When canceled, membership remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which access will be closed. No partial refunds are issued for unused time or missed sessions. In rare situations such as duplicate payments, system errors, or proven billing issues, IOLG will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed within ten business days. By joining any IOLG program, members acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy, which ensures fairness and consistency across all membership levels.
