Rights in Action
"From awareness to action — lead with justice.”
Service Description
Each month, members participate in live seminars, collaborative workshops, and leadership dialogues that explore the practical dimensions of human rights — freedom of expression, gender equality, social inclusion, labor justice, and the protection of vulnerable groups. These sessions are not passive lectures; they are dynamic, interactive spaces where ideas are tested, refined, and transformed into actionable community projects. Participants work on developing key initiatives, drafting advocacy proposals, and presenting real policy concepts through guided mentorship. Each milestone is tracked through a personal Leadership Dashboard, where members store notes, reflections, and progress reports that document their growing expertise. Through IOLG’s Human Rights Leadership Circle, participants gain international visibility, mentorship, and collaboration opportunities with experts and global partners. Certificates are awarded for demonstrated commitment, participation, and leadership outcomes, recognizing each member’s contribution to human dignity and equality. The Human Rights Seminar & Leadership Dialogue is not just a discussion — it’s a movement. It brings together diverse voices to learn, design, and act collectively toward a world built on fairness, justice, and respect for every individual. “The time is always right to do what is right.” – Martin Luther King Jr.

Cancellation Policy
The International Organization of Local Governments (IOLG) provides membership programs designed to help individuals learn, lead, and create change through guided activities and community engagement. Because membership benefits begin immediately after enrollment, including access to events, materials, and digital sessions, all membership fees are considered non-refundable. Members are encouraged to review all program details carefully before subscribing. Each plan — whether Seeds of Change, Impact Leader, or Advocate Leader — renews automatically on a monthly basis. Members may cancel their subscription at any time through the official IOLG website or by written notice. When canceled, membership remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which access will be closed. No partial refunds are issued for unused time or missed sessions. In rare situations such as duplicate payments, system errors, or proven billing issues, IOLG will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed within ten business days. By joining any IOLG program, members acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy, which ensures fairness and consistency across all membership levels.
